Our biofuels are made exclusively from recycled used cooking oil, a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels. With the increasing global challenge of managing waste oil, the process of recycling it into biofuel provides an innovative solution. This approach not only helps reduce the strain on waste disposal systems but also contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. By converting used cooking oil into biofuel, we prevent it from entering landfills or water systems, where it could cause environmental harm.
Under the guidance of the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, we are honoured to be the nominated collection agent of all UCO within their geographical remit.
We work with restaurants, fast food outlets, shopping malls, cloud kitchens, industrial units and corporate staff kitchens, collecting promptly and efficiently.
You Call – We Collect !
As the management of waste oil becomes an issue all over the world, recycling it into biofuel is recognised as the best possible way to dispose of it. Allowing us to collect your used oil ensures :
- It is kept from returning to the food chain where it quickly becomes carcinogenic when overused.
- It is kept out of landfill and waterways where it would contaminate the land and wildlife.
- No valuable agricultural land is wasted and only oil which is classified as waste is refined into our biodiesel.
- Used cooking oil is a second-generation oil that does not compete with food production in the world or contribute to the destruction of the rain forests.
- Used cooking oil in the sewage system causes major problems. The coatings can cause hydrogen sulphide (H2S) which emits an unpleasant odour and the stalagmites and stalactites, the solidified oil creates, block the pipes causing disruption and additional costs to our municipalities to repair.
- H2S is also a toxic gas and flammable at high concentrations. It contributes to higher maintenance and repair work at KSA Government waste water treatment plants.
Furthermore, the production of biofuels from waste oil supports a circular economy, ensuring that resources are reused efficiently, reducing reliance on virgin materials and fossil fuel extraction. As governments and industries worldwide seek more sustainable waste management practices, biofuel recycling stands out as one of the best possible methods to handle waste oil responsibly while promoting cleaner energy alternatives. The collection of used cooking oil from restaurants, shopping malls, hotels and industrial kitchens is fundamental to the provision of biofuel in KSA.
As such we have developed a professional, efficient and cost effective method of daily collections from our suppliers. We handle all administration and train your staff with all they need to know, to ensure that we fit seamlessly into your existing operations. We also provide green certificates to participating outlets so that you can assure your customers that your waste is being recycled into energy for the good of our population.
Upon arrival at our production facilities, we process and clean the oil by heating it to hot liquid form. The fat is then separated from the waste and debris, which consists mainly of water and protein. When processing is finished the purified oil is used as a raw material in our biodiesel production.
