Land based transportation is one of the easiest industries to decarbonise.  All diesel truck engines are fully compatible with B100 FAME/UCOME biodiesel and OEM’s include operating instructions for this fuel within their service manuals.

Euro 3/4/5 & 6 engines all operate with biodiesel and support modern engine management fuel improvements and the reduction of noxious tailpipe emissions. MAN, Volvo and Scania are champions of biofuel engines in the heavy haul sector.

Long haul vehicles can conveniently switch between B100 and traditional fossil diesel fuel without operational detriment to their engines.
